Bihar Polytechnic 2023 Counselling | DCECE Counselling 2023
Bihar Polytechnic 2023 Counselling will begin from 28 July 2023 to 03 August 2023 after declaration of results board is prepared us for counselling 2023. The exam will be held in 24th June to 25th June 2023. Bihar Polytechnic examination will be conducted by offline mode. The counselling schedule will be published after releasing the result.
Those candidates qualified and rank card have mentioned qualiied for counselling will be invited to the counseling process, which will start from 28 July 2023. The schedule will be published soon on the official website. Counseling will be conducted in two rounds online. DCECE counselling is give only one chance to fill choice filing and locking then board declaring 2 round Seat allotment. To complete the document verification, counseling, and seat allotment, students must visit the designated counseling center as per the authority schedule. It is mandatory to bring original documents and self-attested photo-copies for verification. After seat allocation, candidates must report to the assigned college within the exact time structure to complete the admission process through counselling process. Documents will be verified during the counseling session 2023.

Here we are providing the detailed counselling procedure of Bihar Polytechnic 2023 :
- For DCECE counselling, candidates are invited base of their marks and ranks in the merit list.
- The counselling process is conduct through online mode.
- Candidates must fill their choices of colleges for admission according to their rank.
- Seats are allotted to candidates on the basis of rank, choices filled by candidates, category reservation & seat availability in colleges.
- Candidates have to go through the document verification procedure at the time of counselling.
- Candidates must bring their required original documents along with one previously submitted photocopies.
- Candidates also have to clear the medicalfitness test round to get eligible for admission.
- If any seat are allotted to candidates, they have to submit the seat acceptance fee & proceed for the further admission process.
- Once the seat are allotted it cannot be changed under any circumstances.
