DCECE Counselling 2023 - Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) has announced the DCECE 2023 counselling dates at the official website. candidates first need to complete the DCECE counselling registration 2023 in online mode. The DCECE 2023 registration will start from 28 July 2023.

DCECE Counselling 2023
Those candidates qualified and rank card have mentioned qualiied for counselling will be invited to the counseling process, which will begin in August 2023. The schedule will be published soon on the official website. Counseling will be conducted in one more rounds online. To complete the document verification, counseling, and seat allotment, students must visit the designated counseling center as per the authority schedule. It is mandatory to bring original documents and self-attested photo-copies for verification. After seat allocation, candidates must report to the assigned college within the exact time structure to complete the admission process through counselling process. Documents will be verified during the counseling session 2023.
DCECE 2023 Counselling Procedure
Candidates can refer to the steps below to know about the counselling of DCECE 2023.
1st Step: Registration - Candidates will have to register for the counselling of DCECE 2023 by selecting the course and then entering their name, registration number and date of birth. Then proceed to fill in other details in the application form.
2nd Step: Choice Filling - Once the registration is finished, candidates will have to lock their choices according to their preference. They are requested to choose their choices carefully as the seat allotment will be done on the basis of the choices locked by them. They will also eligible for seat up-gradation in the upcoming rounds. So, the order of institutes must be chosen carefully.
3rd Step: Locking of Filled Choices - After filling the choices, candidates have to confirm it by locking their choices as per prefrences.
Seat Reservation Criteria for DCECE Result 2023 || Counselling
Certain belop seats are reserved for candidates belonging to special/alloted categories out of the total available seats. Here, we have provided the seat reservation criteria for different categories to facilitate admissions in below table:

4th Step: Seat Allotment - After this, candidates will be allotted seats on the basis of merit list, category, choices locked by candidate and availability of seats. The seat allotment letters of the candidates will be available for download after each round of DCECE counselling 2023.
5th Step: Payment of Admission Fee - Candidates will have to report at the allotted polytechnic with a demand draft of Rs 1000 in favor of the principal of concerned Institution in order to pay the admission fee.
