JEECUP UP Polytechnic Admission 2024 & Document Verification: Documents Required

The documents necessary for admission into the polytechnic courses are as follows:

1. Provisional Allotment Order - ( 03 Copy )
2. Verification Slip - ( 02 Copy )
3. Admit card
4. Rank card of JEECUP Original 
5. Choice Slip
6. Certificate / Provisional & Marksheet of 10^{th / Equivalent - Original}
7. Certificate / Provisional & Marksheet of 12^{th / Equivalent - Original (If Applicable)}
8. Caste Certificate - Original (If Aplicable) - Issued by the Concerned C.O/Revenue officer of Permanent residence.
9. Domicile Certificate - Original (If Aplicable) - Issued by the Concerned C.O/Revenue officer of Permanent residence.
   
10. EWS Certificate - Original (If Aplicable) - Issued by the Concerned DM/SDM/CO/Revenue officer of Permanent resident in prescribed profarma.
    
11. Income Certificate - Original (If Aplicable) - Issued by the Concerned C.O/Revenue officer of Permanent residence.
12. DQ/SMQ Certificate (If Applicable)
13. Character Certificate - Original - Head Institution last attended.
14. SLC/CLC/Institute leaving Certificate - Original - Head of Institution last.
15. Medical Certificate - (Issued By District Hospital with signed Chief Medical officer)
16. Aadhar Card
17. Photograph same as on Admit card - ( 06 Copy )
18. Declaration For gap Certificate - ( 01 Copy with self attested photo copy)
19. एंटी-रैगिंग (Anti-Ragging) प्रमाण-पत्र ( After Admission )
